How to get started: 

1. Determine when you want to begin and end your popcorn fundraiser. We suggest running your popcorn fundraising program for 2-3 weeks for maximum selling potential.

2. Contact us to request your popcorn fundraising forms. We will email you a digital file so you can print the fundraiser forms.  

Quick Tip..! The “most important” sales advice we can offer is to make sure you (the administrator) have a sales goal and a clear reason why you are raising money. You must make sure the participants/parents involved in the fundraiser tell potential buyers about those goals. 

How to place your order when the program ends: 

1. Collect all order forms and payments.

2. Fill out our total tally form from each order form collected and send it back.

Quick Tip..! Keep your fundraiser “short & sweet.” We suggest that you should run your “Brochure Fundraiser” for no longer than two weeks. A “Direct Sale” Fundraiser can be just one day or as long as two weeks. Bare in mind the freshness factor when dealing with certain products. 

Payment Options: 

1. Your organization can pay via cashier check, money order, organization check, or any major credit card. Sorry, NO PERSONAL CHECKS.

2. You will receive an invoice with a total amount due including shipping (if less than $450.00). The total will have the 50% profit removed. 

Quick Tip..! Choose your program carefully. Every fundraiser is unique based on your community, time of year, previous items used and how much money you need to raise. 

Shipping Information: 

1. Orders will ship within seven business days of receiving your final fundraising totals. (typically 3-5 business days)

2. Orders shipped via ground service or local pick up is available.

3. When your order arrives, please double check your order and sort before distributing.
