Q: How do I make a reservation for our event? A: Click here to contact us via our website or with the phone numbers listed.
 

Q: When will my order ship? A: Pop-N-Spirit makes your popcorn after you order it to guarantee freshness (small batch). Standard shipping option’s processing time is about 3 business days. If you need your popcorn even faster, we offer Rush shipping options. Please contact us to add these options. We know you can't wait to dig in, so we get it ready as quickly as possible. Many Standard orders are popped and shipped in 1-2 business days.

Q: Do you offer a wholesale program? A: Yes, we have left plenty of meat on the bone too. Check out our wholesale page to learn how you can make profits selling our gourmet products.   
 

Q: Do you have a location? A: As of now, we do not have a retail location, we hope that shortly we can. We operate out of a warehouse in which our customers can pick up their orders, or we can ship.
 

Q: Do you offer coupons or specials? A: Absolutely! Please join our email list. You can also check our current specials on our "specials" page.
 

Q: What is kettle corn? A: Kettle corn is a sweet & salty popcorn. It is not quite caramel corn, which is more like candied popcorn, but it's sweeter than a plain salted or buttered popcorn. 

Q: Is your popcorn pre-popped? A: No, That is what we mean by small batch. Each order we receive we pop fresh daily. We never hold over product from the day before.
 

Q: How long does your popcorn last? A: The shelf life is roughly up to 6 months (sealed and unopened). For best results keep the popcorn out of sunlight and in a cool, dry place.

Q: I'm on a tight budget for our event, how can I have a party and not spend too much? A: We can work with anyone’s budget no matter how big or small. Give us a call, and we can put together the perfect party package that fits both your budget and your needs.
 

Q: Which credit cards do you accept? A: Pop-N-Spirit accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
